本プロジェクトでは、ウクライナ現地や周辺諸国からお話を伺ってきました。
日々変わる状況の中、避難民の皆様の現在の課題を分析しております。
ロシアの軍事侵攻が行われた当初は、ウクライナ国内外では大変な混乱がありました。
７週間が経った現在、当時とは徐々に状況が変わりつつあります。
最新の状況を踏まえ、本プロジェクトで実施できる活動を整理し、調整をしていきます。
１．ウクライナ国内の定期的な安否確認、問題のヒアリング、地域情報の収集と情報発信
２．ウクライナ避難民が抱える課題の収集と情報発信
これらの活動は、毎週開催しているWebミーティングと合わせて、引き続き実施をしていきます。
３．ウクライナ国内外の失業者への仕事の創出、仕事の斡旋
現在、多くの方が失業された事がわかってきました。
オンライン、オフライン（日本国内）で出来る仕事の創出、また、仕事の斡旋を実施していきたいと考えています。
仕事の確保や自立支援は、継続性のある解決策となります。
具体的な内容は、今後Webミーティングや本ブログにて紹介を致します。
４．ウクライナ国内の避難、ウクライナ国外への避難を希望している方々への情報提供。移動手段の提供。
現在、ウクライナ国内外で政府やNGO団体等が、具体的な避難支援活動を実施しています。
ウクライナ東部の危険な地域ではオンラインでのマッチング支援が困難であり、また、キーウ（キエフ）等の状況が改善された地域では、避難先から帰宅されるケースも増えてきました。
そのような状況を踏まえ、こちらの活動については簡易システムのみの運用とし、限定的に活動を続けていきます。
５．ウクライナ国内の避難場所、宿泊場所確保の支援。
宿泊場所については、宿泊費用の調達が課題になってきました。 これはウクライナ国内に限らず、国外に退避した方々にも共通します。
宿泊場所の情報提供を続けながら、経済的な自立支援の活動に移行をしていきます。

In this project, we have heard stories from Ukraine and neighboring countries.
We are analyzing the current issues of refugees in the changing situation.
At the beginning of the Russian military invasion, there was a great deal of confusion both inside and outside Ukraine.
Now, seven weeks later, the situation is gradually changing from that time.
Based on the latest situation, we will organize and coordinate the activities that can be carried out in this project.
1. Regular safety confirmation in Ukraine, hearing of problems, collection of regional information and dissemination of information
2. Collecting and disseminating information on issues faced by Ukrainian refugees
These activities will continue to be carried out in conjunction with the weekly web meetings.
3. Job creation and job placement for the unemployed in Ukraine and abroad
It is now known that many people have been unemployed.
We would like to create jobs that can be done online and offline (in Japan), and also arrange jobs.
Securing jobs and supporting independence are continuous solutions.
Specific details will be introduced in future web meetings and this blog.
4. Providing information to those who wish to evacuate within Ukraine or outside Ukraine. Providing transportation.
Currently, governments and NGOs in Ukraine and abroad are implementing specific evacuation support activities.
Online matching support is difficult in dangerous areas of eastern Ukraine, and in areas where the situation has improved, such as Kyiv, there are increasing cases of returning home from evacuation sites.
Based on such a situation, we will operate only a simple system for this activity and continue the activity in a limited way.
5. Support for securing evacuation shelters and accommodations in Ukraine.
Regarding accommodation locations, raising accommodation costs has become an issue.
This applies not only to people in Ukraine but also to people who have evacuated abroad.
While continuing to provide information on accommodation locations, we will shift to activities to support financial independence.
