浅草橋にあるSANDWICH LAB主催！

ゲストハウス兼カフェ＆バーを経営されているLittle Japanのカフェスペースを舞台に

ウクライナ避難民の方をサポートができる１日限定のサンドイッチカフェとなっています。

将来、SANDWICH LABでの雇用を想定し、来日された避難民のご家族をお招きします。

避難民のご家族を無料で招待させて頂くため、【避難民支援付】のチケットはその費用に充てさせて頂きます。

※上記は当日払い料金です。早割で事前にPayPay支払いいただくと300円オフになります。

【交流会チケット】

・2,000円（お酒、ソフトドリンク飲み放題・セルフサービス）

※ランチチケットをご購入の場合、交流会チケットは半額1,000円となります。

軽食を食べながらの交流会です。お食事の持ち込みはＯＫです。

乳製品不使用の物足りなさがないように、

試作を重ねました。

グルテンフリーの米粉シフォンケーキは

しっとりふわふわ。

卵を使用しているためヴィーガンではありませんが、

餌にこだわって育てられた平飼い鶏の卵を使用。

その他食材も、オーガニックや有機のものを

できる限り使用しています。

「ウクライナ避難民の雇用創出」

ウクライナ経済は45%縮小しました。現在、多くの方々が失業をし仕事を必要としています。

また、日本に避難された方々の就職は簡単ではありません。

SANDWICH LABは、ウクライナ支援団体サポートウクライナ・ジャパンと協力し、ウクライナ避難民の雇用創出活動に取り組んでいます。

「料理が得意なウクライナのお母さん」

現在ウクライナでは、１８歳〜６０歳の男性は出国ができない規則があります。避難民の多くは女性や子供です。

また、ウクライナは、アジア諸国ほど外食は盛んではなく、自炊をするご家庭が多いのです。料理が得意なママさんが多い国と言えます。

「ウクライナ人であることを強みにできる仕事」

食は文化です。

ウクライナ人である事の強みを活かせる仕事は何かと考え、飲食業を考えました。

避難民の皆様が、自国の文化に誇りを持って生活をして頂けるのであれば、大変喜ばしい事です。

「自立支援」

ウクライナは、農業を中心に社会が形成され、石油やガスなどの天然資源に恵まれておらず、また、歴史的に人為災害（紛争）を多く経験している国です。自然災害の多い日本とも共通点が多いと言えます。

ウクライナ人は、謙虚、真面目、我慢強く、長期的な物事の見方をする国民性です。それ故に、直接的な寄付だけではなく、生活の基盤を構築できる自立支援はとても喜ばれるものでございます。

Set in the cafe space of Little Japan, which runs a guesthouse and cafe & bar

It is a one-day sandwich cafe that can support Ukrainian refugees.

We invite the families of refugees who have come to Japan, assuming employment at SANDWICH LAB in the future.

In order to invite the families of refugees for free, the ticket for [with refugee support] will be used for the cost.

・ Course fee 3,800 yen [with refugee support]

* The above is the same-day payment. If you pay PayPay in advance with an early discount, you will get 300 yen off.

[Exchange meeting ticket]

・ 2,000 yen (all-you-can-drink alcohol and soft drinks, self-service)

* If you purchase a lunch ticket, the exchange meeting ticket will be half price of 1,000 yen.

It is an exchange party while eating light meals. You can bring your own meals.

■ About Ukraine Support Project

"Creating jobs for Ukrainian refugees"

The Ukrainian economy has shrunk by 45%. Many people are now unemployed and in need of work.

Also, it is not easy for people who have been evacuated to Japan to find employment.

SANDWICH LAB is working with Ukraine Support Group Support Ukraine Japan to create jobs for Ukrainian refugees.

"Ukrainian mothers are good at cooking"

Currently in Ukraine, there is a rule that men between the ages of 18 and 60 cannot leave the country. Most of the displaced are women and children.

Also, Ukraine is not as popular as eating out in Asian countries, and many families cook their own meals. It can be said that there are many moms who are good at cooking.

"Ukrainian strength"

Food is a culture.

We wondered what kind of work we could make the most of the strength of being a Ukrainian, and thought about the restaurant business.

We would be very pleased if the refugees could live with pride in their own culture.

"Independence support"

Ukraine is a country where a society is formed around agriculture, it is not blessed with natural resources such as oil and gas, and it has historically experienced many man-made disasters (conflicts). It can be said that there are many things in common with Japan, which has many natural disasters.

Ukrainians are a national character that is humble, serious, patient and has a long-term view of things. Therefore, we are very pleased not only with direct donations but also with independence support that can build the foundation of our lives.

Visiting the store, eating Ukrainian food, and having direct interaction with us will be a great support to Ukraine.
