今回は、ウクライナ中南部ザポリージャの方からお話を聞きました。
市の中心部から西へ２０ｋｍ程度離れたところに現在生活している
ザポリージャ州（県）の約半分は、ロシア軍が侵攻している
3月3日にザポリージャ原発がロシア軍に占拠された
朝6時に、戦争が始まったと起こされた
初めは、戦争なんて冗談かと思った
お母さんが、軍隊の飛行機が近くを飛んでいたと話をしていた
スーパーマーケットに生活用品の買い出しに出かけたが、既に長い列ができていた
当日は、なんとか買い物ができた
翌日は、ガールフレンドのところへ向かった。空港が近くにあるため移動することを決意。
途中、何度か爆発音を聞いた
１０Ｋｍ程度離れた場所には、ウクライナ軍の施設もあるため、危険と判断
彼女は、ドイツへ避難を決意
当初、ロシア軍に原発占拠等の問題もあり、住民はパニックになっていた
彼女が電車で避難する際、避難民は電車に向かって走り出すなど、パニックになっている様子が目の前にあった
西側の国であるポーランドなどを目指し、電車に搭乗していた
ザポリージャではカフェやレストランなど、侵攻前と比較し、５０％ほどの経済活動が行われている。
時々、空襲警報が鳴るという問題があったり、地理的な問題もあり、完全復旧ではないが、
安全と言えないが、徐々に以前の生活を取り戻しつつある
経済活動は再開の方向ではある。早朝、夕刻など、多くの人々が町中を歩いている。 仕事の無い人々も多くいる。
ザポリージャは、ロシア軍の攻撃に合う可能性もあり、お母さんの働く宝石店は、ビジネスの再開に慎重な判断。

マリウポリ市内に入ることは難しい
避難民を輸送するプログラムもあるが、途中にロシア軍の検問がたくさんあるため、１００Kmの距離であるが、移動に数日かかってしまうこともある
避難民をサポートしている運転手が、逮捕されるケースも出ている

以前は、ロシア軍が検問を担当していたが、現在は地元の親ロシアグループなども担当
最新情報では、国連が管轄するという話もあるが・・・

ロシア軍の兵士がアイスクリームを要求する件、ロシア軍の兵士ではなく、反社会勢力である可能性もある
反社会勢力が モノを盗んだり、人を襲ったりする事もある。
ウクライナには民兵は元から存在するお国柄？
民兵というか、自衛団のようなモノは存在する
ドネツク地区では、ロシア政府が 自衛団を管理している模様
価値観の異なる人達が、自衛団を形成している状態
善悪の判断は、それぞれのグループによるところがあり、判断は統一されていない
ウクライナ西部に退避しているウクライナ人が、今後、キーウに帰る予定。
その帰宅途中、写真や動画を取ることは可能か？
地域によっては、動画や写真の撮影自体が危険になるケースがある。
軍に関する位置や時間情報付きの写真や動画は、ロシア軍には有益な情報になる可能性がある。
このような現地情報を漏らさないようにする動きがある。
撮影する行為自体が、問題になるケースがあると考えられる。
